Chlorinated polyvinyl chloride has excellent dissolution characteristics, good electrical insulation, thermoplastic and film-forming properties, extremely stable chemical properties, corrosion resistance, water resistance, not easy to burn, soluble in ketones, chlorinated hydrocarbons, aromatic hydrocarbons, esters and some alcohols. Widely used in the production of various corrosion-resistant plastic products.

1. CPVC pipe is more energy efficient than metal pipe. As an insulator it does not lose heat the way metal pipe do. Heat loss and thermal expansion are reduced.

2. Even after years of use in the most aggressive conditions, CPVC pipe won't be corroded, standing up to low pH water, coastal salt air exposures and corrosive soils. It maintains full water carrying capacity because of its scale resistance.

3. Some materials may be adversely affected by contained in the water supply, which can cause breakdown of the polymer chains and potential leaks. In this respect, CPVC pipe is unaffected by the present in potable water supply.

4. CPVC has a much higher strength than other thermoplastics used in plumbing. It means CPVC pipe has higher pressure bearing capability. So PVC pipe needs less hangers and supports, and there is no unsightly looping of the pipe. 

5. CPVC pipe has a lower coefficient of thermal expansion than alternative plastics, reducing the amount that the pipe expands when hot water is running, again reducing unsightly 'looping' of the pipe.
 

Package & Transport

1. 25kg polypropylene packaging bags, or customized packaging according to customer requirements.

2. During the transportation and loading and unloading of products, it should be kept clean to prevent sun and rain, high temperature and humidity, and avoid damage to the packaging. It should be stored in a cool, dry, no direct sunlight, temperature below 40 °C warehouse, storage period of two years, after two years after the performance test qualified, can still be used.
